Terms and Conditions –
Prices- All prices are subject to change without notice based on hair type, required timing and product usage needed for desired results.
Scheduling – All new clients desiring a chemical service are required to come in for a complimentary consultation prior to scheduling to discuss your hair goals, ensure adequate timing is available, and make sure all questions are answered before your service. We also recommend to always schedule your next service prior to leaving Ceron Hair Studio to ensure the best appointment time is reserved for you.
Appointments- Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled service to allow for check-in and service preparation time. In the event you are late for an appointment, as a courtesy for the next guest, your service may have to end on time regardless of the start time. Arriving late may limit your service time, adversely affecting your service and your desired outcome. The full service price will be applied.
Cancellations- The stylists’ earn their wages by reserving time for your service, and we make every effort to schedule appointments correctly for each client’s needs. Any standard appointment cancelled within 24 hours will result in a charge 50% of the full service price. Any standard appointment that is no-showed for will result in a 100% charge of the full service price. A credit card is required upon booking to reserve the time for your desired service.
Premium Hair Service Scheduling and Cancellation- The following services require a consultation and a credit card on file to schedule. Because these services require us to block a substantial amount of time, cancelling a premium hair service within 48 hours will result in a 50% charge of the full service price discussed during consultation or as shown online. No showing for a premium service will result in a 100% charge of the full service price discussed during consultation or as shown online.

Gift cards- Gift cards are non refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards are eligible to be redeemed on services, products, and gratuity. Gift cards will expire 2 years from purchase date.
Your protection- We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to your personal belongings. We suggest you take advantage of our changing area and drape a smock over your clothing. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.
Children- Children are welcome in the salon. We do ask you keep your children with you at all times for their safety.
Service Satisfaction- In the event you are dissatisfied with your service, we ask you to please let us know so we can schedule a redo of your service within 1 week of service visit.
Return policy- We will issue a full refund on unused/unopened products returned within 14 days of purchase.
We collect personal information including your name, street, address, phone number, email and credit card information. This information is not shared outside of Ceron Hair Studio. We assure you that we take all necessary measures to prevent unauthorized access and secure all private information given to us.
Photos are not required as a part of your service but are appreciated to aid in promoting our stylist on a variety of social media platforms. Communication between you and your stylist is key in this process so boundaries can be set and explained thoroughly to you so you can feel as comfortable as possible at all times.
Protecting the privacy and rights of minors is especially important. If you are under the age of 18, we will need a parent/guardian to sign a consent form stating you are authorizing Ceron Hair Studio to provide a service.
