Avan has been a hairdresser and makeup artist for over 7 years and moved to Houston from India in February 2020 soon upon which she attained her Texas Cosmetologist License and joined Ceron Hair Studio.

She is immensely proud that exceptional customer service and satisfaction is her number one priority. She’s known to give the best scalp massages as an added perk to her service appointments and specializes in hair color techniques like highlights, balayage, and root touch ups. Additional specialities include chemical treatments such as Brazilian Blowout,
Japanese Straightening, Keratin frizz control and various haircuts with beautiful styling thereafter.

Her work has been featured in Vogue India and she has worked with internationally acclaimed fashion designers namely Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla and was on the hair and makeup team for Sabyasachi Spring-Summer 2018 collection. Avan has worked with Bollywood celebrities such as former Miss World Aishwarya Rai on sets for Bollywood movies where she demonstrated her expertise as a stylist in blowouts, beach waves and
updos!

Avan is venturing out in providing The Invisible Bead Hair Extension services and focuses on extreme precision and detail in her work. Avan also has extensive experience in the wedding industry and has worked with countless brides and wedding parties to create elegant and chic looks that are cherished for a lifetime.

She has a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a dual MBA in Business Management and International Marketing from Mumbai, India where her family resides. She has been enjoying Houston with her husband and loves to travel and take inspiration!

love with their hair.
